退款政策

Return 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, but refunds are subject to APPROVAL. To not encourage unnecessary purchasing and returns due to the effect it has on the climate, we are not offering free returns.

 

If you would like to return, kindly continue reading this page. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item should be free of any makeup stains and scent. It shall not be washed or worn. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and a note within your package with order number stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.


To start a return, you can contact us at juanjuanxingxing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. A return item sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

Please DO NOT return any item without an approval from juanjuanxingxing Team. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and possible custom duties and taxes depending on which country you’re at. Any custom duties or taxes paid on your previous purchase will not be refunded.

Please note that juanjuanxingxing will not reimbursed any return shipping costs, unless the return is our error of sending a faulty item.

Faulty Items  


We sincerely apologize if you have received a defective item.

If you have received a faulty item please contact our email at juanjuanxingxing@gmail.com with supporting images within 7 days of receiving your item. Faulty item that’s been washed or worn will not be taken into consideration. We will provide you with a shipping label, which will cover the costs associated with returning the products to us. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also ask you to reconfirm the correct item that will be rearranged to ship out to you. In this case, we will bear the shipping cost for the reshipment to you.

 

Exceptions / non-refundable items


Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like items that are custom made or made-to-measure are not refundable, as they are made to your measurements, however, they include a free alteration if needed in 7 days of receiving the item. The alteration service is free, but all items sending back for alteration will require a cover one way courier fee to juanjuanxingxing.

Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded, we will not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Discounted items, Promotional code and Gift card purchases will not be accepted for refund, unless deemed faulty.

To avoid disappointment, please select your item carefully. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds can be made. If you would like to change a size, please contact us at email juanjuanxingxing@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will not entertain any request after 24 hours. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)


If you need an exchange for the same item but in a different size, send us an email at juanjuanxingxing@gmail.com. Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping for exchanges, so please make sure you order the correct size when you first place the order. 

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you have met all requirements above, you may submit a Return/Exchange Request to our email juanjuanxingxing@gmail.com and we will respond in 24 to 48 hours.

We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items. We reserve the right to decline unreasonable returns and exchanges.
